I’ve a got a simple, free weekly planner for you today! It has time blocking, to-do list, errands list and a monthly calendar — and it’s all on one page!
I love time blocking and always have to-do lists. Some are in my phone and some are on paper, but I’ve been meaning to get this organized on something other than scraps of paper. I finally did it!
I used simple design, no decorations or flashy colors or distractions. I usually like my printables like that so I can hang them up without looking too busy.

I included a monthly calendar on the sheet so you can plan ahead and jot down things that come to mind.

I always think I can accomplish more in a day that is actually possible, but time blocking really helps me with that!
I currently have drop offs for the kids at 7:45 and 9 a.m. And then pickups at noon and 3 p.m. That means a lot of places to be at very specific times! And not a lot of consecutive time to work. So I strategize and mark out my day in advance. This helps prevent time just slipping away.

I like to have my to-do list separate from my errands list. The idea is that you can group errands in one trip. And then plug in items on the to-do list into the hourly weekly schedule.
I also included a space for weekend plans and ideas.
I hope you love it! Let me know if you try it!

So glad you like it! And I completely agree, the more kids, the more I really need a routine!
This looks great! My goal for 2019 is to plan better, so I am printing this out to finish the year off strong :). Used a monthly planner previously but I waste too much time during the week, so this will help.
I’m so glad you can use it, Kelly! Hope you like it :)
Thank you for sharing your ideas. So happy to include your template in my personal agenda
Oh good! I’m still using it! And as usual I still think I can get more done in a day than actually possible, haha!
I love this!! How do I download the list? I subscribed and went to printables, but when I click on this list in printables, it brings me back to the blog post. Am I overlooking something? Thank you!
Hi Jessica! Just click the image to download the hi-res version. Some people find that it prints better when they save it to their desktop and then print :)
Thank you for sharing awsome planner!
I’m so glad you like it! Thanks so much for taking a minute to let me know :)
KATE! Oh my word! I am just shook! You are really doing the Lord’s work! I am in love with your blog! I actually came across it yesterday on a post on Pinterest and signed up because I am interested in also maybe starting a blog. I am going to be living here as a Mother and Wife. I probably sound like a groupie! I am in love, everything looks amazing! Thank you.
What a nice comment, thank you so much! So exciting that you might start a blog. It starts off slow, but it’s so fun! Hope to “see” more of you here :)
I don’t seem to be able to get the documents to print. After I click on the printable I want to print I’m taken to another page with no place to select print. {Please advise thank you.
I’ll email it to you :)
good morning,
i am a teacher and have used your “this week” printable to help my kids have an overview of what our week will look like in these virtual and in person lessons. it has been crazy difficult to manage both, but this has helped big time to help keep especially my kids with special needs organized. is there a digital copy i can use so i can reduce some of the work with printing, filling out, uploading, posting,…if not, i totally understand
thanks for your help
I’d love to help with your very special job. I’ll send you an email and thank you for teaching our kids! :)
Thank you so much. I’ll hopefully can get it converted into word and use it for next weeks agenda already!
Not sure what I am doing wrong, but there are so many ads on the page, I can’t figure out where to find the spot to download the planner. Thanks
It’s the image of the calendar above “Click image for high-resolution image” at the bottom of the post. Or if you email me I’ll email it to you: kate@housemixblog.com
Hey Kate,
Loving the planner – thanks! Any chance we can get a type-able version (e.g., Pages, MS Word or editable PDF)?
