It seems like we just had Luca’s second birthday party, but it’s already been a couple months. And he’s already learned dozens of new words and is onto playing new games. I had been making a list of things I want to record for him and his brother on their birthday every year, and finally got off my tush and did it. It’s just a quick 10 questions, short and to the point. I chose questions that I think will work for the next 10 years or so.
If you want to use my template, download it here.
You can edit this in Word or Open Office, which is free (and wonderful for excel, Word, Power Point documents)! I used Century Gothic for the font — you probably already have it on your computer.
If you aren’t a techy person, here are some simple directions:
- Select photo and delete it.
- Leave cursor in front of name. Go to Insert > Picture > From file to get your photo.
- Edit questions.
- Maybe change blue to pink if you have a girl.
- Go to File > Export as PDF > General: check PDF/A-1a > Click export
